“The whole process was great and effortless; from scheduling, to the work and then to billing/payment. We recently moved into this home and since we didn’t really know how the previous owners took care of their units, our inspector encouraged us to do a system maintenance on both the furnace and A/C unit. So we did. Due to the age of our units, 15 and 17 years old, I was expecting a hard sell on having to purchase a new furnace and A/C, however that was not the case at all. Mathew was friendly, thorough, honest, descriptive of needs and quite knowledgeable of the trade. He broke down the information during his time in the units, showing me what he was doing, what he was cleaning and what to look out for in the future. We learned that our units have a number of years left and just to keep up with yearly maintenance.
